Questions are always the best allies for the truth and today will not be the exception.
What is self love? How do I know if I have it? I want more, where do I go?
It is difficult to question yourself with questions. So simple, at the same time, they make the soul small because they are the right questions, just like when it rained hard at night and the light from the rays and the sound moved the house and you could see fear.
Self-esteem is a term that encompasses so much that the person who designed it is a genius; it’s the magic bag, those two words from the Adas tales, it only took two words to say so much … a genius!
In just two words I manage to classify as many as a bustle in a stadium when the local team is winning and playing well.
No one knows how self-love arrives more than if I am sure that self-love is a recipe and an ingredient is physical exercise.
Self love not selfishness, ego, rude…
Self-love is to feel happiness again for the simple things, the moments, the now, those moments that come so fast and that if you did not notice them instantly your mind saves them in a crystal ball and years later presents them as a. nice memory.
Today I write of self-love with the faithful conviction that the recipe begins with physical exercise, your body is one of the few things that cannot be replaced in this life.
When you don’t exercise, you are not showing self-love.
Ask yourself this question today, am I talking about self-love and still don’t take care of my body?
